PHASE IV™ Core Strength, Flexibility, and Recovery
PHASE IV™ offers this portable online program is instructed for independent training at your home or gym. You will receive an initial personalized training program to first develop joint stability, address posture deficiencies and develop core strength before moving on to overall strength and power training. This program is instructed by Robert Forster, PT and designed to teach essential exercises necessary to build strength, flexibility and an injury resistant body. Your initial fee includes: Stretch Strap, Ice Bag, Ankle Weights, and FTS Recovery Massage Wand, and 24/7 access to our online Forster Training Systems™ instructional exercise classes.
